The Avico Journey
In 2017, two friends—Ansar and Vijay—decided that their post-college journey wouldn't lead to a typical office cubicle. Instead, it would lead to a kitchen. Armed with a bit of professional work experience and a massive passion for great food, Avico (Ansar Vijay Company) was born.
What started as a small venture in the heart of Karad Vidyanagar soon became the go-to spot for the college crowd. But as word of our quality and hygiene spread, something wonderful happened: families started joining the fun. Today, nine years later, Cafe Avico isn't just a cafe; it’s a trusted brand with three franchise outlets and a growing family of loyal customers who believe in our vision.
